سياسة إرجاع السلعة:

"أنت" توافق على "سياسة إرجاع السلعة أو المنتج" المتمثلة في البنود التالية:

• سياسة الإرجاع تعني "إرجاع واستبدال السلعة أو استرداد الأموال".

• الالتزام بأن تكون عملية إرجاع السلعة خلال المدة المحددة في سياسة حماية المشتري وتبدأ من تاريخ تسليم السلعة إلى "المشتري". وبأن تكون السلعة من المسموح إرجاعها. "هنالك سلع ذات طبيعة خاصة لا يمكن إرجاعها حسب سياستنا و/أو سياسة البائع".

• تكون عملية إرجاع السلعة في حالة وجود "تلف / عيب / خلل مصنعي" في السلعة شريطة أن تكون السلعة في حالتها الأصلية عند شرائها واستلامها ويجب التقيد بمعايير سياسة الإرجاع وسياسة حماية المشتري في "سمسم ماركت" دون النظر لأي سياسات أخرى للإعادة تكون في مواقع أخرى.

• في حالة إرجاع أي سلعة بسبب "تلف / عيب / خلل مصنعي" فيها عند البيع فيحق لـ "سمسم ماركت" قيد رسوم "التوصيل والشحن" ذهاباً وإياباً على البائع.

• في حالة إرجاع سلعة لعدم رغبة المشتري فيها وطلب استبدالها، سنعمل على إعادتها واستبدالها بواسطة خدمة "التوصيل/الشحن" وإضافة الرسوم الجديدة مثل "التوصيل والشحن" ذهاباً وإياباً على المشتري، والخدمات الإدارية، وطبقاً لـ سياسة حماية المشتري.

• تقبل السلع أو المنتجات التي من "فئة يمكن إرجاعها" من قبل المشتري ويجب فحصها فحصاً جيداً وقت إرجاعها واستلامها، ولا يحق لـ "البائع" لاحقاً الادعاء بأي دعوى اتجاه "سمسم ماركت" أو "المشتري".

• يمكن تغيير سياسة الإرجاع من وقت لآخر وذلك تماشياً مع أية قوانين أو أنظمة محلية سارية أو في أي وقت مناسب أو الاتفاق مستقبلاً، ليصب في مصلحة الجميع، وبما يتناسب مع نوع السلعة وبما لا يخالف القوانين والأنظمة.

  
  

  
  

  Return Policy

  "You" agree to the "Return Policy" as outlined in the following terms:

  1. Return Policy Definition
     The return policy refers to "Returning and Exchanging the item or product or Getting a Refund."

  2. Return Timeframe and Conditions:

     • The return process must be completed within the timeframe specified in the Buyer Protection Policy, starting from the date of delivery to the "Buyer
     • The item must be eligible for return. "Some items with a special nature cannot be returned according to our policy and/or the seller's policy

  3. Return Conditions in Case of Defect or Damage

     • The item can be returned if there is a "Damage / Defect / Manufacturing Fault" in the product, provided that the item is in its original condition as purchased and received.
     • Adherence to the Return Policy and Buyer Protection Policy of "Sesame Market" is mandatory, irrespective of any other return policies on other platforms.

  4. Return Charges Due to Defect or Damage:

     • In case of returning an item due to a "Damage / Defect / Manufacturing Fault" at the time of sale, "Sesame Market" has the right to charge the "Delivery and Shipping" fees for both ways (to and from the buyer) to the seller.

  5. Return and Exchange Due to Buyer’s Preference:

     • If an item is returned because the Buyer no longer wants it and requests an exchange, the return and exchange will be handled through the "Delivery/Shipping" service.
     • New fees, including "Delivery and Shipping" charges for both ways, administrative fees, and as per the Buyer Protection Policy, will be charged to the Buyer.

  6. Inspection of Returnable Items

     • Items or products that fall under the "Returnable Category" can be returned by the buyer. These items must be thoroughly inspected at the time of return and receipt.
     • The "Seller" is not entitled to make any claims against "Sesame Market" or the "Buyer" after the item has been returned and received

  7. Policy Amendment

     • The Return Policy may be amended from time to time to comply with any applicable local laws or regulations, or at any suitable time in the future, to serve the best interests of all parties involve.
     • Any changes will be made in accordance with the nature of the product and without violating any laws or regulations.
